SLAYBORCON Orlando 2026 will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotel. We will have a room block at the hotel with a preferential price of $199 per night. The rate is valid for up to three days before and after the event if you would like to extend your stay.

There are also several other hotel options in the area.

*Please note our room block is located in the Swan hotel and the conference will take place in the Swan Reserve, which is only a 5 minute walk from the Swan!

The itinerary will be announced prior to the event. You can expect education, seminars, and speakers regarding beauty, skincare, makeup, business, and other topics concerning a mature lifestyle and community. There will be bonding activities and games on Friday night as well as music and entertainment after dinner on Saturday night.

We expect this to be the case with the majority of people who attend and the conference will be focused around engaging with other community members. Don't worry if you don't know anybody because we are all similarly situated!

We will also be putting together a GroupMe group only for those attending the event. So, you can get to know people beforehand if you would like! Stay tuned for the link.

Yes! There will hors d'oeuvres on Friday night, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.

The hotel is about a 20-25 minute drive from Orlando International Airport at moderate traffic. Please feel free to use the GroupMe or Facebook channels to coordinate and share transportation costs.

We expect check-in to start on Friday, April 24th at 5:30pm and the event will end on Sunday, April 26th at 3pm. A full agenda and details will be provided closer to the event date, but you can find the general weekend events above.

While there is no strict dress code for the event, we will be putting together some fun themes! Stay tuned for the theme announcements!

WiFi is included in your hotel room price, but there is a fee to park at the hotel.

No. We worked tirelessly to ensure this event is as affordable as possible for everyone. We found that the price of breakfast through the hotel would cause too much of an increase to the ticket price (upwards of $100 per day!). So, we think it is more cost effective for you to purchase a breakfast item at the on-site grab & go store or other convenience store.

The Thursday plans are completely optional and not an official part of the SLAYBORCON 2026 itinerary. However, there will most likely be a group going to Epcot and a group going to Disney Springs or the Boardwalk hotel. Stay tuned for updates!

A few members of the community are hosting a room crawl following the Friday night social hour. Everyone is invited to join the room crawl, and participation is completely optional as this is not an official SLAYBORHOOD event.

Sign-ups to make your room a part of the room crawl will be at the social hour check-in area. Once we have all the rooms, we will have a QR code everyone can scan with a list of rooms participating in the room crawl.

Please note room numbers will be distributed via a private webpage to conference goers. Please do not sign up as a stop on the room crawl if you do not feel comfortable with people knowing your room number.
